Do you require a credit card to start?
No. Start your 14-day free trial without entering any payment information. We'll only ask for a card when you're ready to subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings anytime and you'll have access until the end of your billing period.
Do you charge per cleaner?
No. LimpioHQ Pro has a flat monthly fee regardless of how many cleaners you have. Add 1 cleaner or 50 — same price. Your growth shouldn't mean higher software costs.
How does billing work?
Choose monthly or annual billing. Monthly is billed each month. Annual is billed once per year and saves you 20%. You can switch between billing cycles anytime.
Are SMS fees included in the price?
SMS reminders (Pro only) are billed at cost — typically a few cents per message. You'll see your SMS usage in your account. No markup, just the carrier cost passed through.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are secure and encrypted.
