Trial & Getting Started

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in your chosen plan (Light or Pro). No credit card required to start — just sign up and start using LimpioHQ immediately.

No. You can start your 14-day trial without entering any payment information. We'll only ask for your credit card when you're ready to continue after the trial ends.

Absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Simply click "Start free trial" and create your account. You'll be guided through setting up your services, prices, and adding your first customers. Most users are up and running within 15 minutes.

Plans & Pricing

Light is designed for solo cleaners and owner-operators — it includes scheduling, customers, invoices, payments, and email reminders. Pro includes everything in Light plus team management, unlimited cleaners, work orders, dispatch, SMS reminders, customer portal, and advanced reports. If you're doing all the cleaning yourself, start with Light. Yes! Upgrading is seamless. All your customers, appointments, invoices, and history transfer automatically when you upgrade. Just click the upgrade button in your account settings, and you'll have immediate access to Pro features.

No. LimpioHQ Pro has a flat monthly fee regardless of how many cleaners you add to your account. Add 2 cleaners or 20 — your price stays the same. No hidden fees. The only additional costs are: (1) SMS messages in Pro are billed at cost (typically a few cents per message), and (2) Stripe charges their standard payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢) when customers pay invoices with a credit card. Your LimpioHQ subscription price is exactly as advertised.

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try everything before you buy. If you're unhappy within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us at support@limpiohq.com and we'll work with you to make it right.

Features

Yes! You can set up one-time cleanings or recurring appointments that repeat weekly, biweekly, monthly, or on a custom schedule. Absolutely. LimpioHQ lets you create professional invoices (with your business name/logo), send them via email, and track which are paid, pending, or overdue. Yes, through Stripe. You'll connect your own Stripe account, and customers can pay invoices directly with their credit card. Payments are deposited to your bank account on Stripe's standard schedule (typically 2 business days).

SMS reminders are available in <a href="https://limpiohq.com/pro" class="text-limpio-green hover:underline">LimpioHQ Pro</a>. Email reminders are included in both Light and Pro. SMS messages are billed at cost (typically a few cents per message) to keep your subscription affordable.

Yes! LimpioHQ is a responsive web app that works great on phones, tablets, and computers. You can check your schedule, view customer details, and send invoices from any device with a web browser.

Customer portal and online booking are both coming soon to <a href="https://limpiohq.com/pro" class="text-limpio-green hover:underline">LimpioHQ Pro</a>. Customer portal will let your customers log in to view their upcoming appointments and invoices. Online booking will allow customers to book available time slots directly from your website.
